Palace Sour

Ingredients
2 ounces Palace
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce egg white
Garnish: bitters

Steps
Add Palace, lemon juice, simple syrup & egg white, to a shaker - dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds, until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or into a coupe without ice.
Garnish with bitters.

Ingredients
2 ounces Palace
3 ounces club soda
1 ounces grapefruit juice
2 dash bitters
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: orange slice

Steps
Add the club soda, Palace, bitters, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, & simple syrup to a wine glass filled with ice then stir.
Garnish with an orange slice.

Ingredients
2 ounces Palace
1/2 ounce lime juice
3 ounces ginger beer
Garnish: lime wheel

Steps
Fill a Moscow Mule mug with ice, then add the Palace & lime juice.
Top with the ginger beer & stir.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients
2 ounces Palace
8 mint leaves
half of a lime
1 oz simple syrup
Club soda, to top
Garnish: mint sprig

Steps
Squeeze the lime juice, muddle the mint, & add simple syrup to a shaker.
Add Palace & ice - shake well.
Cut lime into pieces & place in glass.
Pour shaker in glass & top with the club soda.
Garnish with mint sprig.
