• 2oz Palace
• 1oz Lemon juice
• 1/2oz Simple syrup
• 1 Egg white
• 2 Jalapeño slices
• 2 Dashes of bitters

Shake all ingredients together in shaker with no ice, then add ice & repeat. Strain & garnish with lemon.
